I do not have any fancy programs like Photoshop, I only have paint. This comic is for many people to show great effects and skillful tricks that can be done on Paint. Please apply as Co-Author if you are great at Paint or know how to use it to its full.

Okay, this tutorial isn't as nice as my other ones, but it works for me. You CAN make prettiful backgrounds in Paint like this... It really is possible. And if you work at it, it can turn out really nice.
