pmier747,

Great tutorial.
I'm sure you can use that effect for other things like smoke right?

kavic,

Holy @#$% this is a VERY useful tutorial for people without PhoShop (or for people who like using paint)........ def a fave. That 3D snake thing was cool xDD

Blitz Ark,

I love your guides bunny, I'm learning something I actually find useful.

Shlikith,

Well, I wouldn't really call it professional. I tried it, since you said "it's a very good effect but takes a long time", but eh, didn't take that long. It took me a few minutes to do what you showed in the comic. It's a cool idea, but I have done the whole pixel thing to make things see through, but then I stopped because it made whatever was behind REALLY pixelated.

Like I said, good idea, but don't go around saying it's professional and takes a long time to do because it's not really that professional and it only takes a few minutes to do, unless you go and draw each line for the see through effect or do the speech bubble outline pixel-by-pixel, but who would do that?

Shlikith,

If you have to outline the letters, why didn't you also put that into the comic? You never mentioned letters at all, yet you said it takes a long time. So, one would assume you meant everything you showed in the comic takes a long time.

Shlikith,

I know you said it in the comments, but the fact is, you said it takes a long time in the comments and didn't even mention anything about letters. I'm just saying, you made it seem like it takes a long time to do the speech bubble since you never mentioned letters in your comment.

joey790,

Spire The Headgehog,

capuchino,

Jeshi-kun,

D= it does not work for me!

Spyke,

The transparent thing..awsome..I could use it..

tomster 785,

OH MY GOD! you have learnt dithering well done *clap, clap, clap*

Zippo Prower,

I can do this as well. But I do it the Windows Vista Paint way. (doubling the object, use dithering, zoom out, copy screen)

This is good, though, for those who don't have the capabilities of Vista's MS Paint.
